Ham and Broccoli Quiche

PREP TIME: ABOUT 5 MIN | COOK TIME: 35 MIN | YIELD: 6 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

1 premade pie crust dough

5 large eggs

½ cup whole milk

1 cup cubed ham

1 cup chopped broccoli

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ cup chopped parsley

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place a baking sheet in the oven while the oven heats.

2 Place the pie crust into a pie pan.

3 In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.

4 Place the pie pan directly onto a hot baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes or until fully cooked (with an internal temperature of 160 degrees). Let the quiche rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

NOTE: Double this recipe and bake 2. Freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat a frozen quiche, bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully heated on the inside.

TIP: Quiche can be served any time of the day! Complete the meal with a side salad or soup.

VARY IT! Use a variety of shredded cheeses instead of cheddar. Swap out broccoli with frozen spinach or peas.
